How I handle your details

Who is responsible
Evangelos Pantidos (publisher of WhoAINames) is responsible for your data. You can reach me at contact@whoainames.com.
What I collect
When you request a report, I collect your name, work email, firm website and the service and city you enter.
Why I use it
I use your details only to prepare and send your AI Answer Report and to follow up about it. I do this because you asked for the report, and because following up on it is in my legitimate interest as a business advisor. No newsletter, and no selling of your data.
Who receives it
- Formspree (USA) processes the form you submit.
- Zoho Mail handles my email.
- AEO Engine LLC (USA), my delivery partner. To prepare your report, I run it in their tool and register your firm with them, so I share your name, work email and firm details. They use them to produce the report and, if you want help afterwards, to prepare a proposal.
Transfers outside the UK and EU
Formspree and AEO Engine are based in the USA, so your details are transferred there. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
I keep your details for up to 24 months, or less if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how I use it, or stop follow-ups at any time. Email contact@whoainames.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
